abstract |
Provided is a method for producing a molded article with which it is possible to use a variety of thermoplastic resins, productivity is excellent, and felt appearance is improved and strength is increased without compromising fluidity of the prepreg during press molding. The method for producing a molded article is a method whereby at least three prepregs that are 0.3 mm to 5.0 mm thick and comprise reinforcing fibers having an average fiber length of 3 to 100 mm and thermoplastic resin are 1) heated, 2) disposed such as to form at least two layers that include a P layer and a Q layer adjacent to one another, and 3) pressed, the method for producing a molded article characterized in that the prepreg (p1) in the P layer and the prepreg (q1) in the Q layer are disposed such that they overlap at least partially and the two or more prepregs in the same layers are disposed such that they do not contact one another. |
