To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in weld strength and dimensional accuracy, heat resistance, rigidity, and sustained antistatic property, and a molded product thereof. A resin composition consisting of (A) 83 to 60 parts by weight of a rubber-reinforced styrene resin, (B) 7 to 20 parts by weight of a polyamide elastomer, and (C) a modified vinyl copolymer containing a carboxyl group. Thermoplastic resin composition comprising (D) 5 to 45 parts by weight of glass fiber and (E) flat glass flakes 5 to 30 with respect to 100 parts by weight of resin composition (I) comprising 20 parts by weight.
