abstract |
A method for identification and quantification of at least one single-strand target nucleic acid (9) and a kit for detection of at least one single-strand target nucleic acid (9) in a sample are described. The method comprises contacting at least one solid carrier (1) on which at least one capture oligonucleotide (5) has been immobilized with at least one complementary-strand oligonucleotide (7), at least one single-strand target nucleic acid (9) and at least one reporter oligonucleotide (11) which has a label (13), and the target nucleic acid (9) is identified by reading the label (13) of the reporter oligonucleotide (11) on the carrier (1). |
