abstract |
Disclosed is a negative-type photosensitive resin composition with excellent storage stability of the silanol groups, and useable in the manufacture of partition walls capable of maintaining excellent ink-repellency even after ink affinity treatment; also disclosed is a partition wall for use in optical elements using said composition. The disclosed negative-type photosensitive resin composition contains (A) an ink-repellent agent having a hydroxyl group bonded to a silicon atom and comprising a fluorosiloxane compound having a proportion of 10-55 mass% of fluorine atoms to the total amount of the compound; (B) a photosensitive resin having an ethylenic double bond and an acidic group in a single molecule; (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a solvent. The proportion of the aforementioned ink-repellent agent (A) to the total solids of the composition is 0.01-10 mass%, and the proportion of hydroxyl groups bonded to silicon atoms derived from the aforementioned ink-repellent agent (A) relative to the total amount of the composition is 0.000001-1.0 mmol/g. |
