The invention relates to liquid compositions of insoluble drugs and preparation methods thereof. Said compositions contain insoluble drugs, injectable oils, phospholipids and solvents in the weight percentage of 0.01-10%,0%-20%,10-80% and 20－89% respectively. The preparation methods may contain the steps of dissolving the insoluble drugs into solvents, injectable oils, or the mixture thereof, then adding other components into the resulting solution; or contain the step of dissolving the insoluble drugs into the mixture of other components; or contains the steps of dissolving the insoluble drugs into part of solvents, then adding the resulting solution into the mixed solution of other components and left solvents, and blend the mixture uniformly. |
