abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for injection which improves neutral solution and blood stability of irinotecan, which is an anticancer agent, and which forms ion pairs with phosphatidylserine having a short chain or medium chain fatty acid chain. The composition thus prepared exhibited remarkably improved stability of neutral phosphate buffer and active form in blood when compared with a commercially available pharmaceutical composition. |
