abstract The invention encompasses cosmetic or dermatological preparations based on water-in-oil emulsions. The preparations comprise at least one W/O emulsifier and one or more sorbitan mono-, di-, tri- or tetraoleates and, moreover, are free from polyglycerol emulsifiers. The emulsifier combination results in an increased stability of the emulsion.
