abstract |
Disclosed are an antibody-immobilized carrier capable of use in antibody screening, a method of producing the antibody-immobilized carrier, and use of said antibody-immobilized carrier. The antibody-immobilized carrier is provided independently with two or more antibody immobilization regions on which an antibody with low molecular weight heavy chains and heavy chain variable regions, and an antibody with low molecular weight light chains and light chain variable regions are immobilized separately, wherein the aforementioned antibody with low molecular weight heavy chains and antibody with low molecular weight light chains are derived from antibodies which recognize different antigens. Such an antibody-immobilized carrier is capable of efficient antibody screening. |
