abstract A frequency voltage converter circuit (13) is configured from a switching unit, which is further configured from switches (SW1, SW2); electrostatic capacitance elements (C, C10-C13); and switches (CSW0-CSW3). The electrostatic capacitance elements (C10-C13) are further configured of materials having different absolute values of capacitance, and are disposed so as to cover the designer's intended frequency range. With electrostatic capacitance values, for example, the electrostatic capacitance elements (C11-C13) that have a weighting of 2, for example, are selected by the switches (CSW0-CSW3), and frequency switching carried out, on the basis of 4-bit frequency adjustment control signals (SELC0-SELC3).
