Saccharified solution preparation method and saccharification reaction device |
abstract |
The purpose is to effectively utilize an enzyme when obtaining a saccharified solution by reacting the enzyme with a biomass comprising cellulose. When obtaining the saccharified solution by reacting the enzyme (7) with the biomass comprising the cellulose (1), a saccharified solution in which the enzyme (7) has been dispersed and a residue comprising the unreacted biomass in which the enzyme (7) has been absorbed are generated by reacting the biomass and the enzyme (7) in a first reactor vessel (21), the saccharified solution and the residue are subsequently separated and a dilute solution with a lower sugar concentration than the aforementioned saccharified solution is prepared by supplying a pH adjustment solution to said residue in a second reactor vessel (22), and a saccharified solution is generated by reacting the aforementioned residue and the enzyme (7) absorbed in the residue within the dilute solution. |
