abstract The present invention provides a cosmetic composition containing a herbal peeling powder for dead cell removal and skin regeneration with DDS mechanism, in which irritation relief, efficiency, effects, and usability are improved. A xanthan gum, a hydrophilic moisturizer, a skin regenerative/functional ingredient or a natural anti-inflammatory ingredient, and natural herb oil are mixed in a herbal powder by adding in each predetermined ratio, which is a mixture of nine kinds of herbal powders commercialized as a product. Thus, the cosmetic composition enables convenient use without skin irritation and effective removal of dead skin cells while keeping skin safe. Therefore, the cosmetic composition containing a herbal peeling powder has a DDS mechanism with high wrinkle smoothing, elasticity, and whitening effects by skin regeneration.
