The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode which includes a substrate, a transparent cathode, an anode, and an organic material layer interposed between said cathode and anode, and a method of manufacturing said organic light-emitting diode. Said diode is characterised by the inclusion of a light-emitting layer and an n-doped electron transport layer in said organic material layer; the inclusion of an electron transport material and n-dopants in said n-doped electron transport layer; and the positioning of said n-doped electron transport layer between said cathode and said light-emitting layer. |
