abstract Disclosed is a conjugated polymer having high hole-transporting ability, excellent solubility and excellent film formability. Also disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device which can be driven at low voltage, while having high luminous efficiency and high driving stability. Specifically disclosed is a conjugated polymer which contains a specific structure as a repeating unit. This conjugated polymer is characterized by having an insolubilizing group serving as a substituent, a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of not less than 20,000, and a dispersity (Mw/Mn) of not more than 2.40.
