abstract |
Disclosed is a hydrophilic film-forming composition containing (A) a hydrophilic polymer of a specific structure having a silane coupling group at a polymer end or in a side chain, and (B) a metal complex catalyst. Also disclosed are a spray composition and a hydrophilic member coated with the hydrophilic film-forming composition by spray coating. The hydrophilic film-forming composition is excellent in durability, antifouling property, water resistance and the like, while maintaining hydrophilicity. In addition, the hydrophilic film-forming composition is excellent in coating workability and enables to easily form a hydrophilic coating film. A hydrophilic member is obtained by using this hydrophilic film-forming composition. |
