abstract PURPOSE: To improve fastness of a yellow dyestuff image or a cyan dyestuff image by incorporating one of specified compounds in any of layers formed on a support. n CONSTITUTION: One of the layers formed on the support, especially, at least one of a cyan dyestuff image forming layer, a yellow dyestuff image forming layer, and their adjacent layers contains at least one of the compounds represented by formulae I to VI in which each of R a and R b is acyl, or sulfonyl, or the like, each optionally same or different; (n) is 1, 2, or 3; and each of B 1 to B 6 is C=0, and a group bonded C atom with H or alkenyl, etc. One of the compounds is enhanced in the effect by incorporating it in fine oleophilic particles having an average particle diameter of 0.07 to 3.0μm and being dispersed into them, thus permitting the obtained silver halide color photographic sensitive material to be enhanced in the fastness of the cyan dyestuff image or the yellow dyestuff image. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
