titleOfInvention A strain capable of producing arginine deiminase and the use thereof
abstract A strain capable of producing arginine deiminase and the use thereof are provided. A rapid method of screening the strain, which is capable of producing arginine deiminase, is also provided. A method of producing arginine deiminase by fermentation of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida CGMCC No.2039 which is capable of producing arginine deiminase. By cloning the gene of arginine deiminase from the chromosomal DNA of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida CGMCC No.2039, the gene sequence of arginine deiminase is obtained. By fermentation culturing for 20-24 hours under aerobic condition and pH6.5-8.0 circumstance, the activity of arginine deiminase can achieve1.6U/mL fermentation liquor. The arginine deiminase produced by Pseudomonas plecoglossicida CGMCC No.2039 shows strong inhibition effect on liver cancer cell strain.
