In the general formula (I), R1 is vinyl or the like; P1 is H, an OH-protecting group, or the like; R2 and R3 are each H or the like; G is lower alkylene; A is a single bond or the like; Q1 is a saturated heterocyle; R4 and R5 are each H, lower alkyl, or the like; and W is a group represented by the general formula (W-1), an amino-protecting group, or H; in the general formula (W-1), B is -CO- or the like; X is lower alkylene or the like; Z1 is CH or the like; Z2, Z3 and Z4 are each N or the like; and Y1 and Y2 are each H, amino, a group represented by the general formula (Y-1), or the like; and in the general formula (Y-1), Q2 is a saturated heterocycle; and R7 and R8 are each H, lower alkyl, or the like.
