titleOfInvention Processed substrates having water-repellent areas in patterns, process for production thereof, and process for production of members having patterms made of functional material films
abstract The invention provides a processed substrate having a high-contrast water-repellent area on the surface; and a process the production thereof. A processed substrate having a water-repellent area in a pattern on the surface thereof, wherein the water-repellent area is made of a water-repellent cured film formed by curing a curable composition which contains either an organopolysiloxane (A1) having both a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom and a photocuring group or both an organopolysiloxane (A2) having a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom and being free from photocuring groups and a compound (B) having a photocuring group and which may further contain a photocuring accelerator compound (C) at need.
