The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to a method for wastelessly producing vanadium-alloyed carbon-free iron and high titanium-containing master alloys and to producing molten clinker suitable for producing high-alumina cements. The technical effect of the inventive method consists in carrying out the wasteless, energy-saving and ecologically clean production process for liquid-phase reduction of metals from oxides by rotating melt by means of en electromagnetic field, thereby making it possible, during a melting process, for example, to efficiently use a centrifugal effect, to accelerate charging material melting, to selectively reduce metals from oxides therein and to accelerate the rate of iron solution in aluminium during ferroaluminium production. The production process is carried out without releasing a gas from melt, thereby substantially reducing the expenditures for providing gas removing and cleaning facilities. The use of a recirculating ferrocilicon accumulator in the device for carrying out said method simplifies the treatment of charging material, reduces a time for processing each next charging material batch and makes it possible to exclude the use of ladles for purring recirculating ferrocilicon therein and means for maintaining said recirculating ferrocilicon in a liquid state. |
