abstract A composite carbon fiber sheet obtained by mixing a thermosetting resin ingredient selected from the group consisting of a thermosetting silicone gel ingredient, thermosetting epoxy resin ingredient, and thermosetting silicone resin ingredient with a carbon fiber mass and then curing the thermosetting resin ingredient. In the composite carbon fiber sheet, those crystallites of the carbon fibers constituting the carbon fiber mass which are derived from growth in a direction along the hexagonal net plane have a size of 5 nm or larger. The composite carbon fiber sheet has a thermal conductivity of 2 W/(m·K) or higher.
