| abstract |
The package comprises a rigid base (14) supporting the product and an outer bell (16), the whole forming a closed volume. The bell comprises an opening (32) closed by a controlled-permeability membrane (34) to regulate the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the internal gas volume of the package by gaseous exchange between this internal volume and the ambient external atmosphere. It also includes a cover (40) made of a flexible material that is permeable to gases and to water vapour, and the cover at least partly covers the free surface of the product in the space between it and the inside surface of the bell. |
