abstract |
A cell culture support implantable in vivo in which an acidic collagen solution having a concentration of from 5 to 20 mg/mL and having been passed through a filter with a pore size of 10 μm or less has been neutralized and which has independent pores having an opening size of from 100 μm to 1000 μm on the surface thereof. In particular, an implantable cell culture support having such a shape and/or a structure as undergoing sufficiently self-organized accumulation which are obtained by conducting the above-described neutralization under directionally supplying an alkali. |
