titleOfInvention Composition of toner paste for polyurethane foam
abstract Provided is a composition of a toner paste for polyurethane foam. The present invention provides a toner paste having a low viscosity and accordingly, uses alkyl sulphonic phenyl ester being a low molecule material (material having a low molecular weight) as a composition. The alkyl sulphonic phenyl ester is a the low molecule material having a low viscosity (about 120cps/20°C) and securing safety owing to its very great flash point of more than 225°C. The alkyl sulphonic phenyl ester has a low harmfulness to a living body and can prevent an environmental contamination. In particular, it has an excellent compatibility with polyurethane being the most important aspect, thereby preventing migration.
