abstract An analytical implement that excels in agitation efficiency, being enhanced in analytical value accuracy and reliability. There is provided analytical implement (1) for use in analysis through reaction of a component of sample with a reagent, comprising the reagent, a magnetic material for agitation mixing of the sample and the reagent, and reagent disposing part (13), wherein on the reagent disposing part (13), the reagent and the magnetic material are disposed on separate regions (reagent region (17) and magnetic material region (18)), and wherein the magnetic material is fixed on the reagent disposing part (13) (magnetic material region (18)) by means of a water soluble pasting agent. For example, carboxymethylcellulose can be used as the water soluble pasting agent, and for example, magnetic beads can be used as the magnetic material.
