A drug for accelerating muscle regeneration which contains, as an active ingredient, N-{1-[hydroxy(3-oxo-2-phenyl-1cyclopropen-1-yl)methyl]-2-methylpropyl}-2-benzenesulfonylamino-4-methylpentanamide, an optical isomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of either, or a hydrate or solvate of any of these. Alternatively, it contains as an active ingredient (2S)-N-{(1S)-1-[(S)-hydroxy(3-oxo-2-phenyl-1cyclopropen-1-yl)methyl]-2-methylpropyl}-2-benzenesulfonylamino-4-methylpentanamide, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate or solvate of either. |
