A medicinal preparation which has a ligand structure capable of specifically recognizing a target site and contains an amphiphilic compound having a chain-type hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic or amphiphilic group. This medicinal preparation with the use of an amphiphilic compound, which has a specific structure carrying a chain-type hydrophilic group having an appropriate flexibility introduced thereinto, is in the form of fine grains suitable for drug targeting. It is expected that the medicinal preparation exerts a prolonged pharmacological effect and can be in the form of a granular preparation showing remarkable site-targeting properties. By appropriately selecting a matrix-forming material, it is possible to control the drug-release characteristics of this medicinal preparation. |
