abstract | A photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a resist which has excellent adhesion to a conductor layer and is less apt to discolor the conductor layer; and a photosensitive film made with the composition. The photosensitive film (1) preferably comprises a support (11), a resin layer (12), and a protective film (13). The resin layer (12) is made of a photosensitive resin composition comprising a binder polymer, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a benzotriazole derivative represented by the following general formula (1). [In the formula, R11 and R12 each independently represents hydrogen or a monovalent organic group and R13 represents halogeno, alkyl, cycloalkyl, allyl, aryl, amino, alkylamino, nitro, cyano, mercapto, alkylmercapto, hydroxy, hydroxyalkyl, carboxy, carboxyalkyl, acyl, alkoxy, or a monovalent group having a heterocycle, provided that at least either of R11 and R12 is optionally substituted aryl or an organic group comprising a C10 or higher hydrocarbon group.] |
