The differentiation of amniotic epithelial cells and amniotic interstitial cells can be efficiently induced by a differentiation-inducing method of which comprises the step of co-culturing the amniotic epithelial cells with the amniotic interstitial cells to thereby induce the differentiation of them into definite tissue cells. It is preferable that the amniotic epithelial cells and the amniotic interstitial cells as described above have been prepared by culturing with the use of a definite culture method. |
