abstract |
A phyllosilicate characterized by being capable of undergoing 50 to 100% ion exchange with organic onium ions based on the ion-exchange ability and having a specific surface area of 2.5 to 100 m2/g; a resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin and the phyllosilicate, characterized in that the content of the phyllosilicate is 0.01 to 20 parts by weight, in terms of inorganic ash amount, per 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin and that the number of sheets of the phyllosilicate in the thermoplastic resin is 2 to 8 on the average; and a film comprising the resin composition. |
