The invention relates to a polyacrylate-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. In said adhesive between 60 and 85 wt. % of the polymer, (in relation to the monomer blend), is composed of acrylic acid esters and/or methacrylic acid esters of the following formula CH2 = C(R1)(COOR2), where R1 = H or CH3 and R2 = a linear or branched alkyl group comprising between 1 and 14 C atoms. Said adhesive contains between 10 and 40 wt. % isobornyl acrylate (in relation to the monomer blend). The resultant pressure-sensitive adhesive has an adhesive force, (immediate adhesive force at a peeling angle of 180°, see test A), at a take-off speed ranging between 0.1 cm/minute and 100 m/minute that lies within a tolerance range of ±15 %, thus guaranteeing a reliable and simple release in practically all cases requiring reversible adhesion. |
