titleOfInvention Hot-melt tacky agent composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition having excellent tackiness, etc., to low polar adherend material such as polyolefin resin by subjecting (meth) acrylate, specific polymerizable polymer, isobornyl acrylate and polar monomer to radical copolymerization in a specific ratio. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 100 pts.wt. alkyl (meth)acrylate expressed by formula I (R 1 is H or CH 3 ; R 2 is 4-10C chainlike hydrocarbon) [e.g., butyl (meth)acrylate], (B) 5-30 pts.wt., preferably 8-15 pts.wt. polymerizable polymer expressed by formula II [R 3 is H or CH 3 ; R 4 is non-polymerizable polymer having 2000-50000 weight-average molecular weight and ≥50°C Tg (preferably PS or polymethyl methacrylate)], (C) 2-30 pts.wt., preferably 5-25 pts.wt. isobornyl acrylate and (D) 0.2-5 pts.wt., preferably 0.5-2 pts.wt. polar monomer (preferably acrylamide or acrylic acid) are subjected to radical copolymerization to afford the aimed composition. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
