It is intended to provide a remedy or a preventive for diseases with a need for the enhancement of osteogenic protein production or the promotion of osteogenesis, characterized by containing, as the active ingredient, at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (a) acidic saccharides, (b) polyacrylic acid, (c) chlorogenic acid and (d) oxidized chlorogenic acid, or an alga-origin extract; an osteogenic protein production enhancer or an osteogenesis promoter; and a food, a drink or a feed for enhancing osteogenic protein production or promoting osteogenesis. |
