The present invention provides hyaluronic acid derivatives with hyaluronic acid crosslinked to glycol polymer by amide bonds, including a derivative in which a hyaluronic acid is crosslinked to the free amine group-introduced terminal of a glycol polymer by an amide bond, and a derivative in which a hyaluronic acid is crosslinked to a glycol polymer via a chitosan, and its preparation process. The hyaluronic acid derivatives according to the present invention are biocompatible and have a very high viscoelasticity, and thus can be used in the form of gel, film or thread, for various purposes such as biomaterials for post-operative adhesion-prevention gel, dermal augmentation, correction of facial wrinkles, osteoarthritic viscosupplement, plastic surgery, drug delivery, etc. |
