To regulate the expression of a lachrymator synthase gene showing an effect of converting 1-propenylsulfenic acid into a lachrymator, it is intended to provide a DNA and an RNA which are designed based the sequence of this lachrymator synthase gene, a vector required in transferring a DNA for regulating the expression of the lachrymator synthase gene into a plant, a method of regulating the expression of the lachrymator synthase gene using the same, and a plant in which the expression of the lachrymator synthase gene is regulated. |
