abstract |
The invention relates to a dry-chemical method and to a test kit for rapidly and quantitatively verifying the total acidity in wine and must. To this end, the sample to be analyzed is mixed with a slightly alkaline buffer and the total acidity is determined from the pH value by using a test rod comprising a pH indicator. |
