titleOfInvention | 47619 and 47621, human ion channels, and uses thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to isolated nucleic acid molecules, called nucleic acid molecules 47619 and 47621, coding for ion channel molecules associated with these new molecules. The invention also relates to antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing these nucleic acid molecules 47619 and 47621, host cells into which these expression vectors have been introduced, and transgenic animals into which a gene 47619 and 47621 was introduced or interrupted. This invention further relates to proteins 47619 and 47621, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and anti 47619 and anti 47621 antibodies. This invention further relates to diagnostic techniques using these compositions. |
