abstract The present invention relates to a novel cereal food product comprising one or more components selected from the group consisting of ginseng component, rice germ, small black soybean. Cereal food consumed for substitute food and snack can be enhanced in its taste and nutrition by being added with rice germ, small black soybean and ginseng, a special product of Korea, having excellent medical efficacy. By adding Korean special product ginseng, rice germ, small black soybean, foreign-originated cereal food now can have Korean color. In addition, the biggest obstacle for children, youngsters and foreigners to consume ginseng product, its unique earth-smelling flavor, was definitely reduced by adding thereof to the cereal food. Intake frequency of Korea ginseng will be increased by adding Korea ginseng to cereal food such as flakes, subsequently maximize the efficacy of Korea ginseng to promote health.
