abstract |
A coating solution for forming a transparent and conductive film containing tin oxides as main components, characterized in that the coating solution is prepared by dissolving a water-soluble polymer having a polar group into a solution containing stannic acid as a main component in the presence of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of ammonia and a water-soluble amine; a method for preparing a transparent and conductive tin oxide film; and a transparent and conductive tin oxide film. The coating solution can be used for preparing, by a coating method, a tin oxide film having toughness and excellent conductivity and transparency by the use of an inexpensive law material such as a tin oxide or a tin chloride. |
