A novel gene with significantly high expression in subjects showing high cedar pollen-specific IgE levels is successfully isolated by preparing T cells of subjects showing different cedar pollen-specific IgE levels before and after scattering pollens and searching for a gene by the differential display method. This gene is usable in testing pollinosis and screening candidate compounds for remedies for pollinosis. |
