titleOfInvention Carrier substrate for raman-spectroscopy analyses
abstract The invention relates to a carrier substrate for the surface-enhanced Raman-spectroscopy analysis of substances. The carrier substrate contains a support layer (12) and a plurality of nano-bodies (14) which are formed against at least one side of the support layer. Each nano-body (14) has a rod-shaped parent area (16) which rests on the support layer (12) and at least two, preferably between 2 and 4, branching elements (20) which are formed against the parent area (16). The branching element (20) density is at least 10<8>/cm<2>. The invention also relates to a method for producing carrier substrates for the surface-enhanced Raman-spectroscopy analysis of substances. Said method relates to the preparation of a porous moulded body (22) by anodic oxidation of a metal substrate (24). After coating of said moulded body (22) with the desired carrier substrate material and removal of the moulded body (22) by etching, a carrier substrate is obtained which comprises a plurality of nano-bodies (14) formed against a support layer (12). Each nano-body (14) has a maximum cross-sectional diameter (d) of between 10 and 250 nm and a height (h) of between 30 nm and 5 mu m.
