abstract |
A system is provided for using data based on user habit information or user monitoring. A monitoring device has one or more sensors that detect or measure user information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors and habit information, and a user's health. The monitoring device includes circuitry that provides at least identification of the monitoring device, a communication system which reads and transmits an identification of the monitoring device, and a pathway system. A telemetry system is provided with a database of user ID's and is in communication with the monitoring device. A device determines a user's melanin level at a place where the monitoring device is positioned on the user. The user's melanin level is used with monitoring or measuring information relative to the user. |
