abstract An aminoferrocene derivative is represented by the formula (I): n n n n n n n n n n n n wherein Ar 1 and Ar 2 independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 10 aryl group. The aminoferrocene derivative is useful for forming a p-type carrier generation layer of a tandem OLED so that the tandem OLED has superior luminous efficiencies in terms of maximum luminance, maximum external quantum efficiency, maximum current efficiency, etc.
