In a method for manufacturing an organic EL element, a low-resistance conductive layer is formed on an electrode of an organic EL element formed on a substrate in a state in which the substrate is at a temperature not higher than the freezing point so that no abnormal current nor short circuit occurs on the organic EL element when applying a voltage to it. |
