titleOfInvention Organic positive temperature coefficient thermistor
abstract The organic positive temperature coefficient thermistor of the invention comprises a polyalkylene oxide, a water-insoluble organic compound and conductive particles having spiky protuberances, and so can operate at less than 100° C. that is harmless to the human body, with low initial resistance in a non-operating state (at room temperature), and a large rate of resistance change upon transition from the non-operating state to an operating state, and improved humidity resistance.
