A stabilizer combination, principally for PVC, is described which essentially comprises A) at least one zinc compound of the formula I Zn(R1R2) (I) and B) at least one metal compound of the formula II Men+(R3a R4b R5c) (II)in which Me is Al, Mg, Na or K, a, b and c are 0, 1, 2 or 3, n=a+b+c and can be from 1 to 3, and at least one radical R1 to R5 independently of one another are C1-C22carboxylates, C2-C21alkenyl-CO2-, phenyl-CO2-, naphthyl-CO2-, C5-C12cycloalkyl-CO2-, C7-C18alkylphenyl-CO2-, C7-C18alkylphenyl-O-, C7-C9phenylalkyl-CO2-, C1-C21-alkyl-O-, R8-O-CO-[CH2]p-S- or a radical of the formula R6-CO-CH=CR7-O(-)- and can be Cl- or HO-, where the aforementioned alkyl or alkenyl radical can be branched, interrupted one or more times by oxygen or substituted by one or more OH groups, and the abovementioned phenyl radical can be substituted by one or more methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl and/or OH groups, R6 and R7 are C1-C8alkyl-, C1-C8alkenyl-, C5-C8cycloalkyl-, benzyl- or phenyl-, p is 1 to 6, R8 is C4-C22alkyl that is uninterrupted or interrupted by oxygen, and C) at least one sterically hindered amine comprising the group in which A and Y independently of one another are C1-8alkyl-, C3-8alkenyl-, C5-8cycloalkyl-, or C7-9phenylalkyl- or together are C2-5alkylene that is uninterrupted or interrupted by O, NH or CH3-N. |
