abstract |
The present invention relates to a charge-modified metal oxide and to toner and developer compositions incorporating same. The charge-modified metal oxide includes a metal oxide having a cyclic silazane treated therewith and optionally a second treating agent for imparting hydrophobicity. The charge-modified metal oxide have been found to provide effective free-flow attributes to the toner or developer composition and may further influence the charging characteristics of same. |
