THE SOLUTION IS SPRAY-DRIED AT THE LOWEST POSSIBLE TEMPERATURE TO OBTAIN A POWDER PRODUCT IN WHICH THE WATER IS SUBSTANTIALLY REMOVED AND THE ALCOHOL IS CONTAINED WITHIN A COATING OF THE WATER-SOLUBLE PRODUCT.
