abstract A halogen-free flame-retardant insulation composition including: halogen-free resin serving as base resin; and a flame-retardant agent. The halogen-free resin includes: first polyolefin resin having a melting point of 90 to 170° C.; and second polyolefin resin having a melting point of 50 to 80° C. Content of the flame-retardant agent is 100 to 200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base resin, and an insulating sample formed of the insulation composition has an elongation rate of 125% or more.
