The ethylene-propylene rubber insulation and cold-resistant flame-retardant grade 1 flexible DC cable of the invention comprises a conductor wrapped with an isolation layer, and an irradiation cross-linked halogen-free ethylene-propylene rubber insulating layer and a halogen-free low smoke resistance are extruded in sequence outside the isolation layer. The flame-retardant polyolefin oxygen barrier layer is then wrapped around the halogen-free, low-smoke, and high-flame-retardant tape layer, and finally the cold-resistant halogen-free, low-smoke flame retardant polyolefin outer sheath with a significant synergistic effect between the components is extruded. The ethylene-propylene rubber insulated cold-resistant type halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant grade 1 DC flexible cable provided by the invention not only can reach B 1 grade of combustion performance, but also can meet the cold resistance requirements of northern cities in China, and the product structure is simple, convenient to manufacture and suitable for Wide range, low cost, high temperature resistance, excellent electrical properties, good mechanical properties, strong weather resistance and so on.
