abstract |
A conductive paste comprising silver powder as a major component and metal oxide powder of which primary particles have a hollow structure is used. The metal oxide is preferably silica. In an electronic part comprising a ceramic body and an internal electrode formed inside the ceramic body, preferably, the internal electrode is formed from the conductive paste. A surface layer electrode can be also formed from the conductive paste. |
